Users can utilize the application to scan a service event's QR code for check-in and repeat the process for check-out. This efficient method ensures that hours devoted to volunteering are automatically logged, requiring no additional effort from members or secretaries.
Members benefit from the convenience of staying informed about upcoming events and viewing their historical volunteer hours for each year. In addition, club officers have access to an exclusive club dashboard. This feature grants officers swift access to club analytics, event QR codes, and member hour details. Further, officers can manually include events or hours for individuals who may have forgotten to scan for check-in by utilizing the designated "+" button.
